For each rider, please complete this form just as you would at the signup window. Once you have completed the form, it is submitted to the club to register the rider for the selected events/exhibitions. It is not necessary for you to print, we will have the information you submitted.

When you arrive at the playday, all you will have to do is pay for the events and/or exhibitions which you registered for. Giving you more time on your horse!
